Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and training employees on sales strategies. The Specialist will oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's offerings. The Specialist will also develop and implement training programs for employees to better understand sales strategies and ensure top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Create presentations and proposals.
