Job Objective:

To design, implement, and manage total rewards and performance management strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Oversee the administration of salary structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and implement performance management processes and tools that promote employee development and accountability.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback techniques.
  • Develop programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and recognition.
  • Analyze employee feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards and performance programs.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on compensation, benefits, and performance trends.
  • Ensure all total rewards and performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the programs.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align total rewards and performance strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to management on compensation and performance-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or performance management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
