Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations, serving as a key resource for legal guidance.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries related to labor regulations, facilitating conflict resolution in compliance with local standards.
  • Recruitment: Advise on hiring practices that adhere to Saudi labor laws, including visa and work permit regulations.
  • Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes in accordance with labor office requirements, ensuring compliance with all documentation.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions on Saudi labor laws for management and staff to foster understanding and compliance.
