Overview:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Multi-Sports, ensuring efficient management of daily operations and coordination of special projects. This role is essential in streamlining communication, scheduling, and organizational tasks to enhance the Director’s effectiveness and support the department's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Directors calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage correspondence, including drafting emails and letters on behalf of the executive
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives
  • Maintain filing systems and organizational records
  • Record meeting minutes and action logs

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role, preferably within the sports or entertainment industries. Experience managing schedules, handling confidential information, and supporting senior executives is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a customer-service mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in both the Arabic and English language.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with a relevant diploma and strong administrative experience are also encouraged to apply.
