Job Title: Senior Sales Executive IT Hardware & Odoo Solutions

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record in IT hardware sales and Odoo ERP solutions to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience and a solid understanding of both hardware infrastructure (servers, networking, storage) and business software solutions (Odoo CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.). This role combines technical knowledge and strategic sales expertise to help clients implement and adopt integrated solutions that meet their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales process for IT hardware products (servers, laptops, networking gear) and Odoo ERP solutions (CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, etc.).

  • Identify new business leads through cold calling, referrals, client visits, and industry events.

  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored proposals combining hardware and software solutions.

  • Deliver effective presentations, demonstrations, and quotations to prospects and key decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring business and upselling opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.

  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Odoo CRM, Salesforce, Zoho) to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and generate forecasts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IT hardware and Odoo ERP sales.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales quotas.

  • Deep knowledge of Odoo modules and how they align with business operations.

  • Excellent skills in negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure brands like Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.

  • Strong command of CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
