Job description

Description:

1. Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design, and monitoring.
2. Conduct complex technical evaluations and suggest proposed physical architectures along with detailed designs.
3. Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor, and automate software systems.
4. Handle organization-wide Windows-based application projects to ensure applications' optimal performance and related infrastructure.
5. Configure complex integration aspects such as MW connectivity, database connectivity, and SOAP calls to meet business requirements.
6. Execute application-level SSL configurations and mutual validation for backend system communication.
7. Support application installation for production and testing environments, ensuring maximum support through best practices.
8. Implement technology solutions with minimal downtime and disruption.
9. Participate actively in cross-functional project teams to resolve problems involving multiple technologies and work groups.
10. Conduct technical evaluations, design reviews, and recommend physical and logical designs.

Degree: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Certification: ITIL, ISO 20000, CCNA, MCSA

Minimum Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
