About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional in Scaffolding, AWP, and Earthmoving Sales to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of scaffolding and formwork solutions, AWP, and Earthmoving equipment, along with a proven track record in business development within the construction contractor market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Handle leasing business of products such as Excavators, AWP, and Scaffolding
  • Achieve regional business goals by developing prospective clients in the assigned region and strengthening the business
  • Lead a marketing team responsible for lead generation and conversion, and achieve monthly team targets
  • Execute regional and market strategies to accomplish sales and profit targets, monitoring business results
  • Devise marketing strategies to meet regional sales objectives
  • Implement marketing techniques to attract new clients, maintain relationships, assess their needs, and promote the company's portfolio
  • Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to meet regional business objectives
  • Manage and guide the team to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
  • Work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
