Job Title: Oncology Consultant

Job Summary

Join one of the prestigious hospitals as an Oncology Consultant, where you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cancer care protocols and treatment plans. You will provide expert guidance on cancer care services, drive research initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, and ensure the implementation of advanced medical oncology services and protocols.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality oncological care to patients.
  • Offer consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Participate in training and teaching of residents and fellows, and engage in research activities.
  • Participate in committees and administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform special procedures as privileged.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from a recognized medical school.
  • Completion of required training in Oncology and/or subspecialty.
  • Saudi Arab, American, or European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in the USA or Europe, fulfilling the criteria for a consultant.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is mandatory.
  • DataFlow clearance is required.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years post-board/fellowship experience in Oncology.
  • Registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

  • Positive professional references attesting to skills and ethical conduct.
