Job description

Receive yearly HR plans from BUs & Shared Services HR department, detailing next year's workforce requirements to understand the profiles needed for recruitment planning.

Handle screening tasks related to Blue Collars (Future 0) and Middle Level jobs (Future 1) IRCs.

Conduct preliminary behavioral interviews for Future 0 & 1 candidates to assess their eligibility and soft skills based on the Group's Competencies Framework, and log outcomes in the system (Pulse).

Follow up with BUs HR regarding the status of technical interviews (Pending/Done/Outcome) for shortlisted candidates and provide assistance as needed.

Actively seek hiring opportunities for people with special needs & disabilities.

Process internal transfer requests to fulfill open IRCs.

Coordinate with HR on implementing onboarding programs for new hires by reviewing probation reports to evaluate the effectiveness of selection processes and ensure high retention rates.

Manage social media postings via CCD to widen the recruitment channels, focusing on responsiveness, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Plan and participate in external relationship-building activities, including awareness programs, recruitment events at universities, technical schools, job fairs, and related agencies to build a pool of eligible candidates.

Create and analyze statistical reports related to recruitment projects.

Organize the NAPCO national employee referral process, including managing referrals and bonus requests.

Perform recruitment placement tests and background/reference checks as needed.
