Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and ambitious senior leader to shape the future of digital marketing across our iconic hotels.

As Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop the digital yearly plan and budget for hotels across direct and indirect channels.
  • Contribute to hotel strategy by working closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B.
  • Create quarterly and annual e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and levers.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities including SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, display advertising, Metasearch, and influencer collaborations.
  • Report on and analyze web direct and indirect performance.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against goals, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Ensure hotel presence across key social platforms relevant to source markets and oversee social content production.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing with third-party tools for rooms, F&B, and other outlets, aligned with strategy and guidelines.
  • Monitor and assist in maintaining rate parity in collaboration with the Revenue Director/Manager across all distribution channels.
  • Manage the online reputation of hotels.
  • Regularly review competitors' offerings to maintain content quality and appeal.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
  • Use analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Promote Accor App visibility and usage across hotels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing within Hospitality or Retail sectors.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
  • Energetic, passionate, and innovative in approach.
