Administrative Manager - Part Time (Indian Nationals)


Our company in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Indian Administrative Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule and has a passion for administrative work. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities of the office
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed

Qualifications:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Medina or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
