Job Title: Business Marketing Manager - Personal Health

Job Description:

The Business Marketing Manager - Personal Health is responsible for generating long-term business value for target audiences and the company by delivering superior propositions and establishing a strong brand presence. The role involves leveraging consumer and market insights to create demand, adapt global strategies locally, and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.

Your role includes:

  1. Developing regional integrated innovation and communication roadmaps for new product launches, commercial innovation, and ongoing business activities based on consumer, market, and competitor insights.
  2. Strategizing marketing objectives by analyzing the Consumer Experience Journey to create consumer-centric insights and behavior shift strategies.
  3. Developing competitive and sustainable pricing strategies in coordination with regional RGM and finance teams.
  4. Ensuring consistency in consumer experience across categories and touchpoints, aligned with global brand positioning and visual identity.
  5. Guiding insights teams to collect local consumer, market, and trend data to inform product and commercial strategies.
  6. Monitoring market results and adjusting marketing plans to optimize performance, in collaboration with analytics teams.
  7. Coordinating with finance, supply chain, sales, and other departments to ensure timely and viable delivery of initiatives aligned with business goals.
  8. Supporting the development and execution of the Business Region plan, managing advertising and promotion efforts to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing within large or multinational organizations, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects and engagements.
  • Strong background in brand/category management, strategic planning, and portfolio management.
  • Deep understanding of business strategies and translating them into marketing objectives.
  • Expertise in developing effective Go-to-Market models and channel strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and management skills across multifunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Work Environment:

We believe in working better together. Office-based roles require working on-site at least 3 days a week. Full-time presence is expected for onsite roles, while field roles are typically outside main facilities at customer or supplier locations.

This is an office-based role.
