Job Summary: (Tamheer)

The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with customers. This role includes understanding customer needs, promoting products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Oversight: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote the company's products and services to potential clients, presenting them in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of products and services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to effectively position the company's products.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Tamheer requirements

Nationality: The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.

Educational Qualification

  • The applicant must hold a diploma from accredited technical, health, or administrative institutes or colleges, with a duration of no less than one academic year (two semesters). Or the applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.

Employment Status: The applicant must not be currently employed in either the public or private sector.

Social Insurance Registration: The applicant must not have registered in the social insurance systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for any job in the past six months.

Previous Benefits: The applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
