New Job Opportunity: IN Analysis Engineer, Based in Saudi Arabia

Notice Period: Maximum 2 weeks

I am currently hiring an Performance – IN Analysis Engineer. The role involves analyzing Mobile Core Network IN on-demand support related to Ericsson and customer teams, and developing reports, tools, and processes to ensure core performance delivery under Ericsson-managed service projects.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

1. Sole coverage of IN/VAS technologies managed by Ericsson within STC.
2. Support high-pressure contract conditions involving SLA/KPI compliance, automation, AI integration, and strict delivery timelines.
3. Have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Charging Systems and VAS across all lifecycle stages—design (HLD/LLD), business configuration, performance tuning, and reporting.
4. Proficient in node-level configuration and performance for components like AIR, CCN, OCC, SDP, VS.
5. Lead high- and low-level design creation, auditing, and alignment with business analytics and reporting needs.
6. Translate technical outputs into business-impacting insights and reports.
7. Perform in-depth analysis of CDRs, charging dumps, and interface signaling for performance insights.
8. Handle detailed KPI/statistics for 5G SA, VAS SDF, and UPM integrations to support startup processes and business continuity.
9. Possess strong skills in SQL, VBA, Python, Linux Shell, ENIQ, UPM, and data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
10. Build and maintain technical and executive performance and audit reports, integrating AI/ML for predictive analytics.
11. Act as backup and provide proactive support to performance assurance teams.
12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and end-user satisfaction.
13. Lead technical preparations and optimization for special events (Ramadan, Hajj, National Day, Founding Day).
14. Propose improvements in end-user experience, new IN features, and business cases aligned with global trends.
15. Perform detailed network and platform analysis, including FUP logic consistency across IN, ESDP, and CRM platforms.
