Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager in Al-Khobar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with partners, managing a portfolio of clients, and ensuring sales performance. They will focus on menu quality, pricing strategies, promotional deals, and operational support. Additionally, they will assist partners in adopting digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Job Description:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  2. Ensure menu quality index, price parity, vendor-funded deals, and promote affordability.
  3. Develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts through offers.
  4. Renegotiate, foster preferred partnerships, and upsell to unlock new profitability avenues.
  5. Own the full performance of your portfolio, including sales, in-store operations, marketing, growth strategies, and daily support.
  6. Maintain regular in-person meetings with all partners in your assigned portfolio.
  7. Provide proactive and detailed performance reports to partners.
  8. Negotiate and acquire partners for different advertising products to support their growth.
  9. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met in collaboration with your team lead to guarantee continuous portfolio growth.
  10. Maintain detailed reports on your portfolio’s performance.
  11. Upsell new services to existing partners, such as logistics as a service, tPro, and various loyalty programs.
  12. Promote automation and digitalization of the vendor experience by encouraging the adoption of the vendor portal, self-service, and self-booking via the Talabat vendor dashboard.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or client relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
