Job Description

Job Purpose: To develop the skills, competencies, and overall development of employees, preparing them for future career opportunities. Responsible for performance management activities that ensure aligned and optimal employee performance.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Plan and implement comprehensive Performance Management cycle services across RCU departments, including setting objectives and KPIs, and managing the performance cycle from launch to closure.

  3. Plan and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) function across RCU departments, including managing strategic L&D programs, setting up the in-house training calendar, and managing training requests.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate communication regarding L&D activities, including report preparation and presentations.
  5. Plan and implement onboarding services for new hires across RCU departments, including orientation, workstation setup, and enrollment in essential programs.
