FARMAMONDOAND JOB PURPOSE

FarmaMondo is a fast-growing, Swiss-based pharmaceutical group focused on providing market access services and full commercialization for specialty medicines through a unique geographical footprint. Our mission is to provide healthcare professionals and patients with access to both licensed and unlicensed medicines in emerging markets.

To reinforce our strategic presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA Region), FarmaMondo is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The Commercial Manager KSA will:

  • Coordinate the sales department activities.
  • Support the Regional Managing Director in strategic and operational planning.
  • Ensure that sales quotas are achieved and aligned with forecasted plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulatory bodies, healthcare institutions, and government agencies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and execute market access strategies for assigned products in KSA.
  • Drive initiatives for pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion across key healthcare institutions.
  • Manage and develop relationships with relevant government bodies (e.g., NUPCO).
  • Support submissions for named-patient programs and early access programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory, Medical Affairs).
  • Track, analyze, and report on market trends, policies, and access barriers.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of therapeutic areas including pediatric neurology, oncology, and ophthalmology.
  • Ensure compliance with FarmaMondo's policies and local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Market Access & Operational Management within Saudi Arabia or a similar role.
  • Expertise in specialty therapeutic areas, particularly pediatric neurology, oncology, and ophthalmology is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of government sales channels and formulary inclusion processes.
  • Solid experience in named-patient programs and dealing with NUPCO.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
