We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to play a vital role in streamlining operations between the Pre-Sales team, Sales team, and Project Management department. The ideal candidate will facilitate data collection, documentation, and system input to enhance the efficiency of our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Coordination: Collect, organize, and manage data between Pre-Sales, Sales, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment.
  • Documentation Support: Assist the Sales team in entering and consolidating documents into the company's Odoo system.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, project status, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales support.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison among teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow regarding sales activities.
  • Sales Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining customer records.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing necessary information to support the sales process.
  • Training Support: Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on internal processes and the Odoo system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support role, preferably in an IT company.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Odoo is highly preferred.
