Job summary

A leading company in retail is seeking a Store Manager for their convenience store in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 5-7 years of experience in retail management, showcasing strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented approach. Job description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Efficient and organized to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

Oversee daily operations of the convenience store

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Train and supervise store staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees

Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers

Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records

Must be hands-on and ready to execute any task required in store

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or convenience store management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in working in convenience store /Hyper market /supermarket.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic ; English language is a plus.
