The Project Manager - Pipeline position in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is a critical role within the construction and building industry. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage pipeline construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.

5. Extensive knowledge of pipeline construction techniques and methodologies.
6. Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
7. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and compliance.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
