Job description

Job Summary:


To support customers in securing mortgage financing by coordinating with banks and financial institutions, ensuring a smooth and transparent financing process. The role aims to enhance customer experience and facilitate the sale of Ajdan's real estate products.


Responsibilities:



  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and financial institutions to assist in mortgage financing processes.

  • Guide customers through the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to final disbursement.

  • Coordinate with internal sales teams and external banks to ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage documents.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on mortgage products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

  • Build strong working relationships with mortgage partners and stay updated on their offerings and requirements.

  • Maintain and update records of mortgage applications and client status.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

  • Support clients in gathering and submitting the required documents for financing.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in mortgage services, real estate sales, or banking.

  • Good knowledge of mortgage products and the Saudi real estate financing system.

  • Familiarity with procedures of banks and government housing support programs (e.g., REDF, Sakani).
