What you'll do
- Collaborate with the senior marketing team, product management, communications, and other HQ colleagues to create and manage partnerships that align our goals with those of new and existing partners.
- Lead the thinking and data analysis for sophisticated customer segmentation and develop content for the corresponding activation and graduation journeys.
- Develop and implement creative and cost-effective marketing activities to acquire new customers, cross-sell to existing customers, and increase usage of services.
- Provide insights to senior management on Saudi cultural trends, media landscape changes, and recommend how Careem can engage authentically and culturally relevant.
- Review centrally created content and advise on adaptation to fit the Saudi context.
- Forecast, measure, and report results on projects with countrywide partners, including co-created/co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
- Promote the use of new marketing technologies and tools by staying updated with latest advancements.
- Lead engagement in strategic events, coordinating with vendors, event teams, and design for onsite collateral.

- Leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing production partners and agencies.
- Experience handling marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Creative with attention to aesthetics and details.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and vendor management is a plus.
- Ability to develop innovative marketing solutions and communicate a compelling vision.
- Experience in technology startups is highly desirable.
