Job Description:
- Specialist in Building Materials (Commercial Steel Sales)
- Receive orders from clients via phone calls, faxes, and email
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
- Deliver invoices to customers
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
- Call or visit customers to expedite collection of receivables
- Arrange and coordinate delivery and installation of products
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense reports
- Obtain credit information about prospective customers
- Check stock levels with stores and reorder merchandise as necessary
