We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about client serving, supporting recruitment, and developing employees according to our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Your main responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and acting as a focal point between employees and clients. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.

HR Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Client handling: acting as a focal point between clients and employees.
  • Employee communication & relations: resolving and attending to requests.
  • Maintaining complete project employee data.
  • Facilitating visas, Iqama, vacations, air tickets, and medical insurance.
  • Maintaining actual employee counts, mobilization & demobilization data.
  • Creating, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Managing health insurance programs.
  • Handling government processes and legislations for employee hiring.
  • Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
  • Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or employment changes.
  • Supporting the recruitment process to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Tracking hired employees, department budgets, and submissions.
  • Responding to employee queries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
HR Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, client relations, and payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of the full HR and recruitment process.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and HR reporting tools.
  • Timely internal and external communication skills.
