JOB PURPOSE
Lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives through a patient-centric, data-driven approach, leveraging digital capabilities and cross-functional collaboration to maximize market performance, accelerate patient access, and position Sanofi as a leader in rare diseases.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive brand growth through innovative, patient-centric strategies aligned with Sanofi's product-based operating model
Develop and execute integrated omnichannel strategies leveraging AI and digital platforms to enhance customer engagement
Lead agile, cross-functional teams using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure accountability and value delivery
Utilize data analytics and AI-powered insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation
Transform customer and patient journeys through personalized digital experiences and actionable insights
Build and strengthen patient services ecosystem through strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, governments, and patient associations
Accelerate patient identification and reduce diagnosis time through innovative digital solutions and ecosystem partnerships
Position Sanofi as a partner of choice for healthcare professionals through scientific leadership and value-based engagement
Implement agile ways of working to drive speed, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure robust P&L management with clear KPIs to drive profitability and positive business outcomes
Optimize supply chain management through demand planning and forecasting
Ensure all brand activities comply with Sanofi's Code of Ethics, policies, and industry regulations
Demonstrate personal leadership in applying ethical standards to all work undertaken

Core Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing or related field
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy
Data literacy and ability to leverage analytics for business decisions
Advantageous Experience
Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
Experience with agile methodologies and product-based operating models
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
Cross-border/international experience working across multiple markets or regions
