E-commerce Specialist / Web Administrator - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of the market leader in the home improvement retail business. It is also the largest total home solution superstore in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Working as Web Administrator, maintaining and optimizing the company's eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, and supporting the company's digital growth.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy the Hybris storefront using various web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP.
  • Configure and customize the Hybris storefront features and functionalities, such as product catalog, search, cart, checkout, payment, promotion, and personalization.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, usability, security, and accessibility of the Hybris storefront, including page load times, and take steps to optimize performance. This may involve image optimization, caching, and other techniques to improve website speed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Hybris storefront users, developers, and business partners.
  • Integrate the Hybris storefront with other systems and applications, such as ERP, CRM, CMS, payment gateways, analytics tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with other Hybris developers, administrators, consultants, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Hybris e-commerce solution.
  • Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure that it is up and running smoothly. This includes uploading new content, making necessary changes, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility on search engines. This includes optimizing content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
  • Conduct testing to identify and fix any bugs, broken links, or usability issues. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Provide training to content creators and other team members on how to use the CMS and follow best practices for website management. Maintain documentation for website procedures and protocols.
  • Set up monitoring tools and alerts to be notified of website issues in real-time, allowing for rapid response to any problems.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in web administration, eCommerce platform management, or a related role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud or a similar cloud-based e-commerce platform.
  • A certification in SAP Commerce Cloud or a similar cloud-based e-commerce is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with web analytics tags and pixel setup and monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and website management, with a solid understanding of the SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, features, functionalities, and capabilities, as well as cloud computing concepts, technologies, and services such as AWS and Azure.
  • Proficient in SAP Hybris administration tools & web technologies.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
