Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  • Assist in finding relevant clients and customers by collaborating with the company's many teammates.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
  • Understand and promote the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
  • Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.).
  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and digital content for maximum visibility and conversions.
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer behavior to improve sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotion planning.

Skills

  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  • Portray superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and online consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online partners and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
