We are looking to recruit an experienced and entrepreneurial E-Commerce & Fulfillment Manager to lead this transformation.
Role Overview
The E-Commerce & Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Taibah Gifts’ online sales strategy. The role covers both digital operations (platform management, sales growth) and physical fulfillment (inventory flow, logistics, warehousing), with a strong focus on building scalable business processes.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with IT, warehouse staff, logistics partners, and senior leadership. The candidate must be able to work autonomously and drive initiatives across both business and technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Operations
- Manage and optimize the online sales platform, currently hosted on Salla
- Improve user experience, multi-language capabilities, payment options, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement tools and workflows to drive conversion and recover abandoned carts
- Lead the transition to more advanced platforms if required in future (e.g., Shopify or other)
- Define performance metrics and regularly report on online sales, traffic, and customer behavior
Fulfillment, Logistics & Warehousing
- Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment and ensure smooth coordination with existing warehouse operations
- Improve internal logistics and stock accuracy across our retail and online channels
- Set up efficient pick, pack, and dispatch processes within our current warehouse(s) in Saudi Arabia
- Evaluate and manage partnerships with domestic shipping providers
- Once local operations are stable, design a phased strategy for international fulfillment, including 3PL opportunities in key markets
Sales Growth & Customer Retention
- Create promotional plans and pricing strategies to grow online sales
- Build loyalty and referral programs to drive repeat purchases
- Implement mechanisms to capture customer data in-store and online for future re-engagement
- Monitor performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and sales trends
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate who combines technical know-how with strong business acumen — someone who can translate strategy into operations and manage both the front-end customer experience and back-end logistics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment operations
- Proven track record of scaling online businesses, preferably within retail or consumer goods
- Experience working with ERP platforms (Odoo or similar) and understanding of PoS and inventory syncing
- Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, conversion funnels, and fulfillment best practices
- Hands-on experience with warehousing or logistics optimization in the Saudi context
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Makkah
