Job description

Job Purpose:

To lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of Barns’ digital platforms, particularly the mobile ordering and loyalty app. This role will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic campaigns, data-driven insights, and best-in-class digital experiences tailored for the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale the Barns mobile app, enhancing customer experience across ordering, loyalty, and engagement touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital strategies across e-commerce and app platforms.
  • Oversee digital campaign execution including SEO and ASO to optimize visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, and App Store dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of digital services.
  • Benchmark best practices from leading platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, user feedback, and feature rollouts.
  • Report on KPIs and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/e-commerce roles, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing or scaling mobile applications, ideally in the GCC or KSA market.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty or ordering apps.
  • Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, App Store Connect, etc.
  • Knowledge in executing SEO and ASO strategies.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
