Job description

The E-commerce Coordinator is a vital role within our retail and wholesale company, focusing on enhancing our online sales and customer engagement. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. The coordinator will oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that all aspects of the online shopping experience are optimized for customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, as the coordinator will collaborate with various teams to drive sales and improve user experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  3. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Work closely with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels for online products.
  5. Handle customer service inquiries related to online orders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  6. Monitor website performance and user experience, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Create engaging content for product descriptions and marketing materials in both languages.
  8. Stay informed about e-commerce trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics to management.
  10. Support the integration of new technologies and tools to streamline e-commerce operations.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  2. Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficient in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

  6. Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Experience with project management is a plus.
  9. Knowledge of SEO and online advertising strategies.
  10. Familiarity with Excel for reporting and data analysis.
