Job description

E-Commerce Salesman is responsible for conducting the field sales operations. He / She applies sales knowledge and techniques to achieve his sales targets. He / She manages customer relationship through outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Discuss the sales order requirement with customer and take sales order. Make an audit of customer’s stock to identify requirement and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue.
  • Implement the sales promotions effectively as per company guidelines
  • Handle customers professionally and address their queries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Handle customers’ complaints regarding return goods by gathering required information and submitting it to the logistics team for necessary action
  • Provide inputs on competitors’ promotions, pricing, and sales trends to assistant KAM

Customer management

  • Carry out listing and price management of Mayar products in Ecommerce channel
  • Ensure Mayar products have the high online visibility within key account online platforms
  • Administering and supervising web merchandising to meet sales target
  • Perform analysis on all ecommerce activities on weekly basis and identify all obstacles for customers in check out process and recommend improvements to same.
  • Assess effectiveness of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales in FMCG sector.
  • E-Commerce Business experience.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language.
