Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Specialist at Raqmeyat located in Giza. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, coordinating projects, and enhancing communication strategies. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, project management, and effective communication within the organization.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in CRM and Billing Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition operations within an CRM environment

Certifications: Relevant certifications in CRM Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition modules and Billing Dynamics module.

Requirements:
