Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical / Mechanical engineer, Saudi national, preferably with previous hotel or facility management experience.
2. Responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of all equipment and installations, including operational repairs and maintenance during his shift.
3. Record readings and other relevant information as directed.
4. Maintain control of all operational keys, engineering materials, and spare parts during his shift.
5. Ensure that safe, efficient, and economical practices are followed.
6. Keep superiors fully informed on the progress of work and its impact on hotel operations.
7. Liaise with other departments to clarify work requirements and advise on the correct operation of equipment.
8. Coordinate technical and other assistance to other trades and departments.
9. Carry out maintenance tasks as part of his duties.
10. Report any information that could affect hotel or engineering department operations to superiors.
11. Perform front-line duties in case of fire emergencies.
