Job Objective: Ensure transportation of staff, materials, and equipment across all offices and maintain vehicles in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Problem Solving and Communication: Work under supervision, take initiative for problem resolution, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:
Other Requirements: Empathy for children's rights and gender issues, social sensitivity, willingness to travel within the country.
Physical Environment: 80% driving, 20% office/community work.
Interaction with Children: Moderate; all staff must understand child protection policies.
