Job Description for Draftsman

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts or an equivalent qualification, with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, along with strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience in computer-aided design and drafting is required, with preferred skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D Max. The candidate must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
2. Prepare both rough sketches and detailed drawings.
3. Communicate with architects and engineers, incorporating their input into the drawings.
4. Prepare, review, and redraft drawings collaboratively with the engineering team.
5. Ensure that final designs comply with building regulations.
6. Print CAD drawings in various formats and deliver them promptly to the appropriate contacts.
