Position: Drafting Services Workstation (CAD Designer)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes
• Strong skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications to compare them with ongoing construction
• Six (6) years of experience in an Engineering and Design Office producing drawings related to building construction and renovation; at least two (2) years of which should be in computer-aided design drafting (CADD), specializing in relevant disciplines

Salary: 1.5 to 2 lakh per annum
