A prestigious hotel in Makkah is seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing luggage, and addressing guest requests efficiently. Greet guests upon arrival and departure, opening the main hotel door and escorting each guest to the appropriate location.
Handle guest luggage promptly and efficiently during arrival, stay, and departure, ensuring safety and security.
Ensure every luggage is tagged with a baggage claim tag.
Park guest and visitor vehicles in designated hotel parking areas.
Resolve guest complaints and requests, liaising with relevant departments for immediate follow-up.
Issue guest room key cards and maintain effective control for guest security.
Report unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk.
Be aware of hotel accident prevention policies.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the Concierge Desk area.
Monitor hotel occupancy, functions, groups, and VIP arrivals.
Provide friendly and courteous service, responding promptly to all guest requests and inquiries.
Communicate all relevant information to the next shift for smooth operations.
Maintain contact with guests to handle problems or complaints efficiently and courteously.
Review and update the Logbook regularly.
Maintain a professional appearance and a friendly, cheerful disposition at all times.
Oversee daily operations of the concierge services.
Assist guests with their luggage as needed.
Report regularly to the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
Be aware of fire and first aid procedures.
Handle guest complaints and report to management.
Be familiar with the hotel's daily activities and product offerings.
Attend scheduled training sessions.
Show cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
Maintain knowledge of all hotel facilities and daily activities.
University Degree in any field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
