- Lead the document and data management section, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Develop and implement document control procedures for efficient storage, retrieval, and security of project records.
- Oversee the use of document and content management systems, ensuring seamless integration with project workflows.
- Manage data governance policies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of project-related information.
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with local and international standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in document and data management.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Management or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in document/information management, including 5 years as a department or section manager on large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of document and content management systems, as well as data management applications.
- Methodical and analytical approach to work, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong presentation abilities.
- International work experience preferred, with a strong advantage for candidates with prior experience in Saudi Arabia.
