Key Accountabilities of Position:

  • Perform document control services on various projects in accordance with WorleyParsons document management systems, controls, processes, and any project-specific or other regulatory requirements.
  • Receive, enter, transmit, and file project documentation including WorleyParsons, client, vendor, and third-party documentation.
  • Check all received documentation for legibility and appropriate approvals.
  • Support team members to balance workload.
  • Assist in improving project document control processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is processed, transmitted, and filed appropriately for easy retrieval.
  • Produce and distribute status reports as required.
  • Assist with reproduction of documentation across different mediums.
  • Upload current and relevant documentation to the document management system or project websites (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint).
  • Handover, closeout, and archive project documentation timely and per project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in a document control role, preferably in the energy, chemicals, or resources industry, including multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

  • A Certificate of Business Administration, relevant qualification, or equivalent.
