Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and industry regulations (ISO, Saudi Aramco standards if applicable).
Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
Control the flow of documents, ensuring that revisions and approvals are properly tracked.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to manage document submissions and approvals.
