# Document Controller

Job Description

Responsible for implementing the Document Control process to manage project documentation, prevent duplicate versions or uncontrolled changes, and track documents received from and submitted to clients.

Learn to use tools, professional concepts, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. Complete all necessary documentation to meet application specifications. Assist with both office and on-site tasks to complete the document cycle. Assign unique document numbers, distribute documents, and manage the review and approval process, including processing change requests and updates. Implement processes and tools, provide system reports, and maintain electronic information systems. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Handle travel logistics for team members. Submit required reports regularly and upon request. Respond to client inquiries and refer them to the appropriate personnel. Provide immediate feedback on assigned tasks. Send and receive faxes and other external communications. Follow up on issued and pending invoices, expenses, advances, and minor accounting issues, communicating with the Finance Department for approval.
