About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting operational departments through accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update property records and documentation

Handle water, sewage, electricity, and municipality accounts

Maintain property licenses and regulatory documents

Track expiry and renewal dates for contracts and official documents

Follow up on maintenance and operational contracts

Prepare periodic reports and summaries for management review

Coordinate and verify vendor documentation

Support policy and procedure updates

Facilitate document-related coordination across departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
