Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Document Controller (KSA Citizen) to join our Project Management Division based in Jeddah, KSA. This position is responsible for ensuring that all matters related to Document Control and Distribution are handled to an international standard.

We envisage success in this role to include:

  1. Controlling project documentation as per company procedures
  2. Setting up distribution requirements, including timeframe
  3. Registering the receipt of documents from both internal and external sources
  4. Transmitting documents to internal and external parties for review and information
  5. Transmitting comments on documents back to originators
  6. Coordinating the Document Control cycle from start to finish
  7. Producing and issuing document status reports
  8. Communicating procedure requirements to all project personnel to ensure compliance
  9. Ensuring all issued Project Deliverables are correct according to document control procedures
  10. Maintaining Project Deliverables filing & retention system for both hard copy and electronic documentation
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, your career journey should include at least 7 years of work experience paired with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English is essential. Given the project's scale in billions of SAR and involvement with complex contracts, we seek a candidate with demonstrable experience in similar scenarios.

The software and systems used on this project include:

  • Experience with ProjectWise and Unifier EDM Systems
  • High literacy in SharePoint
  • Knowledge of ISO9000 quality requirements

This role is allocated for candidates holding a KSA Passport.
