Job description

Job Purpose

Manage and maintain all data, records, documents, and drawings for a particular project(s) or for the entire organization. Ensure proper storage and easy accessibility for authorized personnel.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Receive, send, and record all incoming and outgoing documents with proper stamping and logging, following the “Projects Data/Document Control Procedure”.
  2. Distribute approved documents and drawings using the Document Internal Transmittal Form.
  3. Segregate and maintain all superseded documents with proper identification marked as “SUPERSEDED” to prevent unintended use.
  4. Store and safeguard all documents and project deliverables until they are handed over to the client or consultant.
  5. Ensure all documents and records remain legible and easily identifiable.
  6. Timely enter Employee Timesheet, Equipment Timesheet, and Petty Cash invoices into the JD Edward system.
  7. Complete and submit Daily Activity Checklist, DMR, DSR, etc., in a timely manner.
