Job description

Job Purpose

Manage and maintain all data, records, documents, & drawings for a particular project(s) or for the whole organization. Ensure that it is properly stored and easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receiving/sending & recording of all incoming/outgoing documents with proper stamping & logging as per the “Projects Data/Document Control Procedure”.
  2. Distribution of the approved documents/drawings following with Document Internal Transmittal Form.
  3. Segregate and maintain all superseded documents with proper identification of “SUPERSEDED” stamp, and prevent their unintended use.
  4. Store/safeguard properly all the documents/ project deliverables till they are handed over to Client/Consultant etc.
  5. To ensure that all documents/records remain legible and readily identifiable.
  6. Timely enter Employee Timesheet, Equipment Timesheet, Petty Cash invoices into JD Edward system.
  7. Timely completion and submission of Daily Activity Checklist, DMR, DSR etc.
