Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join Husaak’s Destination Management Company (DMC) team in Jeddah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales and strategic partnerships in key segments: Umrah+, Corporate, and Educational travel. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in the travel and tourism industry and a proven network in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting local and regional travel agencies, corporates, institutions, and educational entities.
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential partners in the Umrah+, Corporate, and Education segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel wholesalers, tour operators, and institutional buyers.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of inbound and domestic travel sales.
  • Represent Husaak at trade shows, sales missions, and B2B networking events.
  • Develop customized proposals, itineraries, and pricing in coordination with the reservations and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting using internal CRM and Odoo systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a DMC or travel agency setting within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Strong existing portfolio of contacts within Umrah+, Corporate Travel, and Educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of local and regional tourism offerings and trends.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally to GCC countries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in adventure travel, experiential tourism, or premium cultural tourism is a plus.
  • Experience working with government or semi-government tourism stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar CRM systems.
