Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Distribution Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our distributor network across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction chemicals or adhesives industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue through channel development, partner enablement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing distributors and channel partners
  • Monitor distributor KPIs and implement structured training, support, and incentive programs
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to align channel initiatives with brand positioning
  • Ensure compliance with pricing structures, credit policies, and contractual terms
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance dashboards to senior leadership
  • Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and client engagements

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration

10–15 years of experience in channel sales and distribution within the construction chemicals, adhesives, or industrial chemical sector in Saudi Arabia

Mandatory experience with a reputable construction chemical or adhesives manufacturer in Saudi Arabia

Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, and chemical distribution ecosystem

Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
