We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Workforce Planning to join our team in The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive workforce strategies that align with our organization's long-term goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of workforce planning strategies to support organizational growth and transformation
- Analyze complex workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align workforce planning initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address workforce challenges and opportunities
- Oversee the creation of workforce forecasts and scenario planning models
- Guide and mentor a team of workforce planning professionals
- Present workforce insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement talent management strategies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Drive continuous improvement in workforce planning processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in workforce planning or related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful workforce strategies
- Advanced knowledge of workforce analytics and planning methodologies
- Strong strategic planning and forecasting skills
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation abilities
- Proficiency in workforce planning software and tools
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Understanding of industry trends and best practices in workforce planning
- Professional certifications in HR or workforce planning (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are a plus
- Experience working in multinational organizations preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
