Director - Shared Services & Transformation for Real Estate Company in Khobar

This role is for a visionary leader passionate about transformation and operational excellence. The Director of Shared Services will lead Human Capital and Information Technology functions, driving strategic change, innovation, and performance across the organization.

Reports To: CEO

About the Role

The Director will transform support functions, leading initiatives across HR, IT, and Shared Services to foster a high-performance, data-driven, and people-first culture.

  • Develop a unified vision for HR and IT aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve agility and innovation.
  • Promote cross-functional synergy for a cohesive shared services model.
Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Build and guide high-performing teams in HR and IT.
  • Drive cultural transformation, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with C-level leadership to align services with business objectives.
Human Capital Management
  • Oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Implement performance, compensation, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance and champion DE&I and employee well-being.
Technology & Innovation
  • Execute a future-ready IT strategy and lead digital enablement.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • Ensure tech investments are cost-effective and scalable.
Operations & Risk
  • Standardize shared services operations and foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
  • Implement governance frameworks and KPIs.
  • Provide strategic insights and performance reports to leadership.
  • Foster a data-driven culture through analytics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in real estate or related industry
  • Proven success managing HR and IT at a strategic level
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Visionary leadership and decision-making skills
  • Deep knowledge of performance metrics, compliance, and tech strategy
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and change management skills
