Description

  • Design and lead the strategic overhaul of Shared Services, creating scalable, efficient models across multiple functions.
  • Oversee all service lines: Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Facilities Management.
  • Establish standardized policies, procedures, and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery across the business.
  • Build governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms that drive performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with C-suite leadership to understand business needs and align Shared Services with organisational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams capable of supporting a fast-scaling organisation.

Profile

  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in Shared Services or Corporate Services, ideally within diversified groups, startups, or fast-growing businesses.
  • Proven ability to set up or transform Shared Services across multiple departments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with executive leadership and business unit heads.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and scalability to build structure from scratch and adapt quickly as the business evolves.
